Sweet Skin by Ivana

Thank you for choosing Sweet Skin! We're so excited you've found us and can't wait to welcome you.

Bookings with Ivana

Please note: Ivana is currently accepting new clients during the day and on weekdays only.
Her schedule is reserved for guests who maintain regular appointments (approximately 3–4 visits per year, or once per season). This allows her to provide consistent, long-term care and ensures availability for existing clients. To support continuity of care, bookings are reviewed and may be adjusted or rescheduled if the recommended appointment frequency is not maintained.

If you're an existing client or intending to be a new client for Ivana, please call or text the spa at 587-896-7546, and we'd be happy to book your appointment. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

Cancellation Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service, which is paid directly to your service provider in recognition of the time reserved exclusively for you.
Thank you for respecting our team's time and helping us provide exceptional care to every guest.

If you'd like to speak with a real person, we're always happy to help! Please call or text us at 587-896-SKIN (7546) or send us an email, and we'll be happy to assist you.

We look forward to welcoming you to Sweet Skin!
