Please note: Ivana is currently not accepting new clients.
Her schedule is reserved for guests who maintain regular appointments (approximately 3–4 visits per year, or once per season). This allows her to provide consistent, long-term care and ensures availability for existing clients. To support continuity of care, bookings are reviewed and may be adjusted or rescheduled if the recommended appointment frequency is not maintained.
Regular clients wishing to book an appointment with Ivana are asked to contact the spa directly by phone, text, or email. Online booking is not available for her schedule.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service, which is paid directly to your service provider in recognition of the time reserved exclusively for you.
