Bookings with Ivana
Ivana’s schedule is reserved for clients who maintain regular visits (approximately 3–4 appointments per year, once per season). Bookings are monitored to support continuity of care, and appointments may be adjusted or rescheduled if this requirement is not met.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments changed within 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee will be 50% of the booked appointment, which will go towards the service providers time. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to exceptional care.
